Refund Policy
Memberships
All convention memberships shall be refunded if the refund is requested prior to the start of the convention. Refunds shall subject to verification that funds have cleared into Artistic Solutions, Inc., accounts. Refunds may take up to 45 days to process to allow funds to clear.
Once the convention has begun, memberships are not refundable.
Merchandise
All merchandise sales are final. No refunds will be granted. "Merchandise" includes, but is not limited to: artwork, jewelry, books, t-shirts, memorabilia, and so on.
